SUBprint is a printing facility offering a wide variety of services. Orders can be placed by walking up to the counter, or submitted electronically.

The SUB Atrium is a great study spot with lots of seating, natural lighting, and quick access to SU services and food vendors.

Thanks for joining us for a virtual exploration of the Students' Union Building, more commonly known as SUB! SUB is the heart of all Students' Union services, businesses, and events, overall striving to serve the needs of the University of Alberta campus community.
Please follow the arrows to explore different areas of the building. While looking around, click the green and yellow Students' Union flame logo for more information about different services and businesses in each area. Some locations may even have more than one flame! Alternatively, use the building map on the right side of the screen to navigate to a specific area without clicking through the arrows.

SU Votes
SU Votes oversees UASU Executive and Students' Council elections. All undergraduate students who have paid their Students' Union membership fees in full are eligible to vote for candidates who will advocate for them throughout the academic year.
The Landing
The Landing offers support for gender and sexual diversity, striving to promote gender equity and advocate for the LGBTQ2s+ community on campus and beyond.
There are a variety of services offered by The Landing, including peer support, drop-ins, resources, education sessions, awareness campaigns and volunteer opportunities.

SUB Photo offers photography services, including grad photos, headshots, passport photos and portraits.
CJSR
CJSR is a independent, volunteer-powered, campus and community radio station. The station aims to enrich the lives of University of Alberta students by braodcasting diverse programming through a wide selection of music, news stories and spoken word in 8 different languages.
As a volunteer-based initiative, there are tons of opportunities to get involved with CJSR through a vast array of possible roles.
Meeting Centre
The Horowitz Events Centre has a variety of meeting rooms available for booking located on the lower level of SUB. Spaces are equipped with projetors, A/V and whiteboards.
Counselling and Clinical Services
Counselling and Clinical Services aims to provide high quality, accessible and compassionate psychological and psychiatric services to students to improve their personal, social, and academic well-being.
They offer a range of support services, including individual consultations, group therapy, and drop-in workshops through in-person, video, or audio delivery.
Alumni Room
The Alumni Room is primarily used as a quiet study space for students. It can also be booked for smaller private events through the Horowitz Events Centre.
University Bookstore
The UAlberta Bookstore stocks both textbooks and UAlberta merchandise. Be sure to stop by for any class materials or UofA sweaters you need. You can place orders in-person or online.
Myer Horowitz Theatre Renovation
The Myer Horowitz Theatre is a space used to bring the campus community together through education and entertainment. Currently, the theatre is undergoing renovations to upgrade the space and technology to better serve student and community needs.
InfoLink
InfoLink is your source for campus connections. InfoLink is a hub for information, specializing in academic referrals and student life questions.
There are three different InfoLink locations on campus that act as resources for all students.
Office of the Student Ombuds
The Office of the Student Ombuds advocates for fairness in university processes - whether it be an academic, discipline or financial issue related to student programs. The Ombuds team provides confidential advice as well as education sessions and resources for students.
University Health Centre
The University Health Centre provides comprehensive medical services for the campus community, including family physician services, obstetrics and gynecology, podiatry, immunizations, and dietary counselling, as well as referrals to specialized services.
Dinwoodie Lounge
Dinwoodie Lounge is a multi-purpose event space commonly used for University community and private events. During the year, banquets, comedy shows, and live music are all hosted out of this venue.
Transition Year Program
The Transition Year Program is a University access program for First Nations, Metis, and Inuit students starting in Open Studies.
Academic Success Centre
The Academic Success Centre provides professional academic support to students through a range of programs, services, presentations and workshops.
Academic Accomodations are also facilitated through the centre to help students with accessibility challenges.
Campus Food Bank
The Campus Food Bank is open to the University Community in order to help clients who may be facing challenges to their food security.
The Food Bank provides hampers, grocery store shuttles, cooking classes and volunteer opportunities for students and alumni.
The Daily Grind
The Daily Grind is the Students' Union operated coffee shop, serving fair trade, organic coffee. In addition to beverages, the Daily Grind has fresh-baked muffins, loafs and pastries.
First Peoples' House
First Peoples' House encourages full access, participation and success for First Nation, Metis, and Inuit students by offering academic, cultural, wellness, and financial services.
First Peoples' House also offers a two-day Indigenous student orientation and a honouring ceremony at convocation.
Career Centre
The Career Centre advises and provides resources for students looking for part-time, summer or full-time work during their degree or upon graduation.
Resume reviews, interview skills, and online job postings are highlights among the vast array of programming offered.
UASU Executive Offices
The Executive Committee governs the UASU and is responsible for the overall operations of the organization, as well as advocating on behalf of students.

The campus pharmacy is conviniently located in SUB to offer medication and wellness services. Prescriptions, medication reviews, travel consultations, immunizations, and more are available at this location.
Peer Support Centre
The Peer Support Centre provides a supportive environment on campus for listening and crisis intervention. No issue is too big or too small.
Free, confidential support is available for students through individual sessions with highly trained volunteers. The Peer Support Centre also has an extensive resource database to provide information and referrals for students as needed.
Sexual Assault Centre
The Sexual Assault Centre provides a safe place on campus where unconditinal support, confidentiality, respect and accompaniment are available for those affected by sexual violence.
In addition to drop-in crisis intervention, the Sexual Assault Centre offers referrals and educational workshops.
Undergraduate Research Initiative
The Undergraduate Research Initiative promotes and supports undergraduate involvement in research and creative activities at the U of A. Students in any discipline at any stage of their academic career can find opportunities to get involved in research.
SUBmart
Whether you need a quick snack or are looking to sport some UofA merchandise, SUBmart is the place for you! As the campus general store an an SU-run business, there's a wide variety of food options, merchandise and miscellaneous supplies available for purchase.
